Profile and Account Management
User profile contains user’s email used to log in, his/her password, and some optional basic information about the user, such as user name, company, phone number and job title. You fill in this information when signing up for Skyvia and can change it later on your Profile page. You can also open this page by clicking the User icon in the top right corner of the Skyvia page and then clicking Profile.
The Profile page allows you to see and change your profile information, including email used to log in, and password (read the Changing Password for more information), configure email notifications, and see some basic statistics — numbers of created packages and connections.
All integration and backup packages of users, their connections, and stored queries are linked to user’s profile, and other users cannot access them even if they share the same account with the current user.
The user can either use his/her own account or share the same account with another user.
User account includes subscriptions to Skyvia pricing plans, used resources, billing and payments. This allow several users from the same company to have centralized management over payments and used Skyvia resources, but to have separate connections, packages, queries, etc.
Account management is performed on your Account page. You can open this page by clicking the User icon in the top right corner of the Skyvia page and then clicking Account. This page allows you to manage your subscriptions, check used Skyvia resources, such as processed records, scheduled packages, etc., view and print out invoices, and manage account users.
