Connector Updates

Asana

We supported associating new or existing tasks to a specific project section. See how to do it in the Asana connector topic.

Azure DevOps

We added a new WorkItemRevisions object to our Azure DevOps connector. This object is read-only. More information about this and other objects is available in Azure DevOps topic.

Freshservice

We supported the multiple workspace accounts. Now you can get records from the Tickets, Assets, AgentGroups, Changes, Releases, Problems objects belonging to different workspaces. Global custom fields and custom fields belonging to specific workspaces are now available in our Freshservice connector. We updated our Google Ads connector to v16.1 API version. We added new fields to the *Report objects. More information about the connector is available in Google Ads topic.

Iterable

From now on Skyvia supports EU endpoints of the Iterable API. To switch to the EU data center, set the corresponding parameter in the Iterable connection. More details are available in the Iterable topic.

Insightly CRM

Now, you can conveniently map the nested objects of the custom fields in the Opportunities, Contacts, Leads, OpportunityLineItems, Products, Tasks, and Projects objects. More information is available in Insightly CRM topic.

Jira Service Management

We added more stored procedures to our Jira Service Management connector. Now, you can add customers and organizations to the service desk and remove organizations from it. Information about these and other stored procedures is available in the Jira Service Management topic.

Klaviyo

We updated our Klaviyo connector to the latest API version, v2024-05-15. Due to the deprecation of the v2023-01-24 version, we removed the CreateProfileAndEvent stored procedure. The detailed connector description is available in Klaviyo topic.

Magento

You can now map the nested objects of the complex structured fields in the Customers, SalesOrders, and Products objects using the Nested Objects option in Import integrations. You can also replicate them into separate tables with our new replication runtime. Use the Unwind component to map them in Data Flow integrations. See more details in the Magento topic.

Onfleet

You can now work with worker analytics in Skyvia using the new WorkerAnalytics object. We added the From and To fields to the TeamTasks, WorkerAnalytics and WorkerTasks objects. Use these fields to filter when querying data from these objects. See more information in the Onfleet topic.

Outreach

We have upgraded the native filters for our Outreach connector. The CreatedDate and UpdatedDate fields in specific objects support the <, <=, >, >= filter operators. Earlier they supported only the = operator. The details on filtering specifics are available in Outreach topic.

Pipedrive

We updated our Pipedrive connector metadata according to the v1 version of Pipedrive API:

  • We added a new CallLogs object. It supports the INSERT and DELETE operations.
  • We also added a new NoteComments object. It supports the INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE operations. When updating this object, map the NoteId and the Id fields for better performance.  
  • We supported the INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE operations for the DealFields, OrganizationFields, PersonFields, and ProductFields objects, which were earlier read-only.
  • We changed the VisibleTo field data type to numeric in all objects where it is available.
  • We added new fields to many objects according to the API. We did not remove the obsolete fields for compatibility.
  • We supported the stored procedures in our Pipedrive connector.

We also supported the v2 API version for the following Pipedrive objects: DealProducts, Products, ProductVariations, Stages, Pipelines. You can switch between the API versions in the Connection Editor. Detailed information about the connector and its objects is available in the Pipedrive topic.

Podio

Now you can map the Groupings_Groups field in the Views object in convenient format using the Nested Objects Feature. See more details in Podio topic.

ShipStation

We supported more operators for filters in our ShipStation connector. From now on, you can use the >, >=, <, and <= operators in filters by date fields in the Orders, OrderItems, Shipments and ShipmentItems objects. See more details in the ShipStation topic.

Shopify

The GiftCards object is now available in our Shopify connector. To apply the update, log in to Shopify again in the Connection Editor. More information about the connector is available in the Shopify topic.

Smartsheet

Skyvia now supports EU endpoints of the Smartsheet API. To switch to the EU data center, set the corresponding parameter in the Smartsheet connection. More details are available in the Smartsheet topic.

Zammad

You can now connect to Zammad using the selfhosted URLs and Zammad URLs. We changed the connection parameter in Zammad connection editor from Subdomain to Domain. To connect to Zammad, specify the full domain, for example mysite.mydomain.com or mysite.zammad.com.

The existing connections with specified subdomain parameter become invalid. Update your exsisting connection specifying the full domain.
