Online Support System

The new support system allows you to create tickets with your bug reports, questions, and feature requests online, browse, read, vote, and comment tickets of other users, follow not just yours, but also others' tickets and get notification about answers by email. If your ticket contains sensitive information, you can create a private ticket, visible only to our support team.

We hope, our new support system will help you get better support faster.

To improve user experience with the new support system, we have also made some changes to our authentication system. We introduced Single Sign On authentication, and you need only to sign in to Skyvia once, and then you will be able to access both Skyvia service at and Skyvia support system at with the same account. Skyvia now redirects you to for authentication.
