Zendesk Sell

Zendesk Sell is a sales CRM software tool that enhances productivity, processes, and pipeline visibility for sales teams.

Data integration: Skyvia supports importing data to and from Zendesk Sell, exporting Zendesk Sell data to CSV files, replicating Zendesk Sell data to relational databases, and synchronizing Zendesk Sell data with other cloud apps and relational databases.

Backup: Skyvia Backup does not support Zendesk Sell.

Query: Skyvia Query supports Zendesk Sell.

Establishing Connection

To [create a connection] to Zendesk Sell, sign in with your Zendesk Sell credentials.

  1. Click Sign In with Zendesk Sell.
  2. Enter your login and password.
  3. Click Authorize to provide Skyvia with access permissions.
  4. Click Create Connection.

Object Peculiarities

Read-only Objects

Accounts, CallOutcomes, LeadUnqualifiedReasons, Pipelines, TextMessages, Users, and Stages objects are read-only.

Contacts

The Contacts object contains Persons and Companies records. LastName field is required for a person record and Name field is required for a company record. Set either LastName or Name value depending on the contact type.

There are two fields that reference to parent organizations: ParentOrganizationId and PersonParentOrganizationId. Set ParentOrganizationId to define the parent organization of another organization, set PersonParentOrganizationId to define the parent organization of a person. If you try to set ParentOrganizationId in a “Person” record, you will receive an error.

Orders

In Zendesk Sell one order corresponds to one deal only. You can insert only records with a unique DealId into Orders object.

Synchronization and Incremental Replication

Skyvia does not support synchronization and replication with incremental updates for the AssociatedContacts object.
