Connector Updates

Freshservice

We have supported obtaining CustomFields, ShortDescription and Description fields of the ServiceItems object, when querying a single record with DisplayID specified in the filter. Learn more in the Freshservice topic.

Jira Service Management

We added a new read-only AssetsWorkspaces object. Learn more in the Jira Service Management topic.

RepairShopr

Our RepairShopr connector can now handle cases when integrations return a “Too Many Requests” error due to API rate limits. See more in the RepairShopr topic.

Shopify

We updated our Shopify connector to API version 2025-01. We removed the deprecated objects: Countries, Provinces OpenAbandonedCheckouts, ClosedAbandonedCheckouts, OpenAbandonedCheckoutLineItems, ClosedAbandonedCheckoutLineItems. We also added new fields to the FulfillmentOrders, Orders, and Transactions objects. More details are available in Shopify.

Slack

We supported the SendMessage custom action for our Slack connector. More details are available in SendMessage topic.

Stripe

Skyvia now supports new fields for the Invoices object: AmountShipping, AutomaticTax_DisabledReason, AutomaticTax_Enabled, AutomaticTax_Liability, AutomaticTax_Status, Billing, Closed, EffectiveAt, FinalizedAt, FromInvoice, LatestRevision, Quote, PaidOutOfBand ShippingCost, ShippingDetails, SubtotalExcludingTax, TestClock, TotalPretaxCreditAmounts, TotalDiscountAmounts, TotalExcludingTax.

Xero

We now support attachments for Xero. The following new objects are available: AccountAttachment, BankTransactionAttachment, BankTransferAttachment, ContactAttachment, CreditNoteAttachment, InvoiceAttachment, ManualJournalAttachment, PurchaseOrderAttachment, QuoteAttachment, RepeatingInvoiceAttachment.

Zoho Books

Added CreatedDate and UpdatedDate fields to the Journals object. These fields require extended requests.

Now you can get IDs of deleted objects and send email replies using new stored procedures. Moreover, we added a SendEmailReply action to Zoho Desk connector.
