April 2025
Trial and Subscription Changes
After 2025/04/16, new accounts on Skyvia get a 14 day trial period immediately after the registration, instead of the Free plan. If necessary, you can request the second trial period later.
Your subscriptions are also no longer automatically switched to the Free pricing plan after your trial expires or if you don’t pay for the paid plan subscription in time. Instead, they switch to the expired state. In this state you can create new integrations, backups, automations, etc., edit them, or delete them, but they cannot be executed, and all the schedules are disabled.
If you want to switch to the Free plan, you can do it by requesting it manually in your subscription settings. You can request the Free plan only after your initial trial period is expired.
For more information, refer to the Subscriptions, Payments and Trials topic.

Cin7 Core Inventory
Nested Objects support was enabled for the Purchase object, whose fields Order_Lines, Order_AdditionalCharges, and Order_Prepayments contain arrays of nested objects. For more information see Cin7 Core Inventory topic.
ClickUp
We fixed the TeamTasks object replication issues caused by pagination specifics in ClickUp API. We also supported filtering by the Status_Status, Project_Id, SpaceId, ListId fields using IN operator for this object. More information about the connector is available in ClickUp topic.
Exact Online
We added three new options to the Region setting: The Netherlands, Belgium (Flemish/French) and United Kingdom. See more about this connector in the Exact Online topic.

Jira
Nested Objects support was enabled for the Issues and IssueChangeLogs objects, whose fields IssueLinks and Items contain arrays of nested objects. For more information see Jira topic.

We added a new Extended Dynamic Table Names connection parameter for our Podio connector. When enabled it changes the naming format for dynamic Podio objects. See more information in Podio topic.
ShipStation
The Shipments object now supports filtering by OrderId, CarrierCode, and TrackingNumber fields. Learn more in the ShipStation topic.
Survicate
Skyvia now supports Survicate API v2:
-
The Responses and ResponseAnswers objects have a different structure in the API v2. We have added the ResponsesV1 and ResponseAnswersV1 objects, accessed via API v1, for compatibility purposes. You may switch your existing Survicate integrations to these objects, but note that Survicate API v1 is considered deprecated.
- The Surveys object structure was changed with the new API. The Points field is no longer available. Instead, there are the following new fields in this object: AuthorName, AuthorEmail, Folder, FirstResponseAt, and LastResponseAt.
Skyvia performs additional extended requests to query values of these fields. To reduce the number of API calls used, you can select the Suppress Extended Requests checkbox, and Skyvia won’t retrieve their values.
-
The SurveyPoints object is available only via API v1.
- Skyvia also supports the new SurveyQuestions and RespondentAttributes objects for Survicate.
For more information see Survicate topic.
